Konecta PRO – Manifesto

The process

Konekta Pro is a social enterprise that believes that every person has the right to work and dignity. Therefore, it gives people with different kinds of disabilities the chance to participate in the work process and develop their skills and interests. In collaboration with Konekta Pro, we created a video that shows their motivation, goals and stories of the people who work in this enterprise.

In the video we wanted to capture the atmosphere, energy and joy Konekta Pro brings to its employees. We filmed interviews with some of them, who told us what working at Konekta Pro means to them, what their dreams and plans for the future are, and how they feel about being part of this community. We are proud to have been able to introduce this inspiring project and support its mission.
