PPL – Instructional videos for Parcel Boxes

The process

For our client PPL, we were tasked with creating two instructional videos to show how easy and convenient it is to use their Parcelboxes to send and receive parcels. Parcelboxes are self-service delivery points that are located throughout the country and are available 24 hours a day.

The challenge was to explain to the audience how Parcelboxes work, what their advantages are and how they can be controlled. We also had to choose a suitable location and a voice guide that could convey the credibility and professionalism of the service.
